Bak Kut Teh
 
Bak Kut Teh
Ingredient:
  • 1kg of Pork ribs or meats (estimate your consumption).
  • 2 pcs of garlic.
  • 1 small Pickled mustard, cut in small pieces.
  • 1 pack of Bak Kut Teh Spices.
  • 4 spoons of Black soya sauce.
  • 2 spoons of light soya sauce.
  • 2 spoons of Oyster sauce.
  • Salt.
  • MSG.
  • Pepper.
  • 1,5 lt of water.

Method:

  • Rinse the meat.
  • Bring water to boil in a pot.
  • When water is boiled, put in meat and bak kut teh spices and let it boiled until 30 minutes (use medium heat to cook).
  • Once you see the meat is ready, add in Pickled mustard, garlic, soya sauce, oyster sauce, MSG and salt, stir for awhile.
  • Add pepper before serving.

Tips : Do not add anything before the meat is fully cooked.
